Empire Sovereign Systems ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CENTURION mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using CENTURION, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and profile preferences.
- User Preferences: Your selected archetype (Athlete, Entrepreneur, Biohacker) and ritual preferences.
- Ritual Data: Records of completed rituals, including timestamps, durations, and performance metrics.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: App interaction patterns, feature usage statistics, session duration.
- Performance Data: App crashes, errors, and diagnostic information.
2.3 Health & Biometric Data
CENTURION may display simulated biometric data (HRV, sleep, recovery scores) for motivational purposes. If you choose to connect Apple Health:
- We request read/write access only to mindfulness and workout data categories.
- Health data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
- You can revoke Health access at any time through iOS Settings.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Track your ritual progress and calculate performance metrics
- Personalize your experience based on selected preferences
- Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
- Send important notifications about your account or the App
- Analyze usage patterns to improve App performance
- Comply with legal obligations
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
4.1 Local Storage
- Ritual history and settings are stored locally on your device using SQLite.
- No ritual data is transmitted to external servers.
- Data persists until you delete the App or manually reset.
4.2 Cloud Services
- Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, our payment processor.
- RevenueCat receives only the minimum data necessary for subscription management.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4.3 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3)
- Secure local storage
- Regular security audits

- Deleting the App from your device

- Health data sync via iOS Settings > Health > Data Access
- Analytics collection by contacting us
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
CENTURION is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
If you access CENTURION from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.
9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights:

- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
