Effective date: April 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Flint mobile application developed by Adam Kaminski. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Flint is a productivity tool designed to help you capture thoughts, break tasks into steps, and maintain focus sessions. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
All data you create in Flint (tasks, brain dumps, focus history) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
The voice brain dump feature uses Apple's speech recognition technology. By using this feature, you consent to Apple's processing of your audio input in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy policy. Flint does not record or store audio — only the transcribed text.
The Flint app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Adam Kaminski. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Flint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flint is a productivity tool and is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about ADHD or any health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Kaminski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
