Gratitude 3 — Daily Journal ("the App") is developed by Adam Kaminski. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your information.
All your journal entries, mood records, and streak data are stored locally on your device using SQLite. Your preferences (theme, reminders, haptic settings) are stored locally using MMKV storage. We do not have access to your entries or personal data.
The App may send local push notifications to remind you to write your daily gratitude entries. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers. You can enable or disable reminders at any time in the App's Settings.
The App offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple via the App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user ID to verify your subscription — no personal information is shared.
The App may use Sentry for crash reporting to help us improve stability. Crash reports contain technical information about the error (device model, OS version, stack trace) and do not include your journal entries or personal data. This feature may be disabled.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the App. In development mode, you can also use the "Reset Onboarding" option in Settings to clear all data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
