These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gratitude 3 — Daily Journal application ("the App") developed by Adam Kaminski. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Gratitude 3 is a personal journaling application designed to help you cultivate a daily gratitude practice. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.

Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features:

• Free tier: Core gratitude journaling with 3 daily entries, mood tracking, streaks, and daily reminders.
• Premium (Pro): Unlocks additional features including unlimited journal history, advanced insights, and future premium content.

Subscriptions

• Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed by the App Store.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice.

Your Content

All journal entries and data you create within the App remain yours. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for backing up your device to preserve your data.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of Adam Kaminski and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a reliable and helpful experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Kaminski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
