By accessing Habit Chain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.
Habit Chain is a daily habit tracking application that helps you build and maintain positive habits through streak chains and visual progress tracking. The app is designed for personal use and self-improvement purposes.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings. The current subscription price is displayed at the time of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial through your App Store account settings at no cost.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the app, including habit names, completion records, and any personal notes. Habit Chain is not liable for data loss resulting from device issues or user error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habit Chain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Habit Chain after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
