Migraine Map is a personal health tracking application that allows users to log migraines, food intake, daily wellness factors, and identify potential trigger patterns. The App provides tools for self-tracking and pattern visualization.
Migraine Map is NOT a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Pattern analysis and trigger correlations are based solely on user-entered data and statistical correlation, not clinical evidence.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from this App.
The free version of Migraine Map includes up to 10 migraine logs per month, basic pattern analysis, and food tracking.
Migraine Map Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Pro features include unlimited logs, advanced analytics, weather correlation tracking, and data export.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

All content, features, and functionality of Migraine Map, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Kaminski Performance and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaminski Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
