PainMap ("the App") is developed and operated by Adam Kaminski ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use PainMap (Bundle ID: com.kaminskiperformance.painmap) on iOS.

PainMap is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Because all health data is stored locally on your device, we have no technical ability to access, modify, or delete it on your behalf. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App.

Your data remains on your device and is protected by iOS device encryption. We do not transmit your health data over the internet. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to your device or for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or reset.
Locally stored data is retained on your device until you delete individual entries within the App or uninstall the App entirely. We do not retain any copies of this data.
If you contact us by email, we will retain your email correspondence only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
