Description of Service

TinyWins is a children's habit tracking app designed to help families build daily routines. The app is intended for use by children under parental supervision.

Subscriptions

• TinyWins offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("TinyWins Pro").
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Yearly Plan: $24.99 per year, billed annually.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TinyWins only for its intended purpose of tracking children's daily habits and moods. You must not misuse the app or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.

Intellectual Property

All content in TinyWins, including illustrations, icons, text, and design, is the property of TinyWins and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

Disclaimer

TinyWins is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. TinyWins is not a substitute for professional parenting advice or child development guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyWins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Data and Privacy

Your use of TinyWins is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
